Day 3

Sorry about skipping day to... yesterday Zoey and I went on a 45 minute walk down 1800 south. It was great! Today I can defiantly feel my shin splints acting up though. Today wasn't that great of day since I "have a friend visiting" all you ladies out there should know what i'm talking about, and I get cravings when "she" is here every month. I have gone over on my daily sugar allowence and ate 3 small cinnimon rolls my friend brought me. BAD Idea! When Joe gets home we are all going for a family bike ride for about an hour. Should be fun.

Oh I found this cool tool on the pyramid website that you enter in all the food you have eaten that day and then it will tell you with smiely faces how you did.

Weekone

I have decided to loose 80 LBS. I am currently 260 that's right 260. This online blog is going to be my motivation to loose the weight and gain the years. I have decided that I am going to loose weight not only for my self, but also for my family. I have a little girl and I need to be there for her when she becomes a mommy herself. I promise myself that I will loose 2 LBS a week weighing in every Friday morning and blogging to record my progress. I will also post the next weeks worth of diatary intake the rules that I will follow.

RULES: Weigh in and be honest every friday morning
-Do atleast one hour of continous excersize daily
-Eat the strict diet that inculedes 3 cups of milk a day (I hate milk!)
-Again be honest in all that I record
-Pray for the Lord's help in becoming more healthy.
